Remembering Rich Baker   

Rich Baker was one of the first climbers to believe in the immense bouldering potential of Lynn Woods.  His interest and efforts helped to create the Lynn Woods Bouldering Map and this web site.  His powerful, graceful, and effortless style of climbing is captured in dozens of pictures in the photo gallery.

Rich Baker passed away in October 2010, almost a year after being diagnosed with the most aggressive form of brain cancer.  In memory of Rich, we have created an informal climbing tour of Rich's favorite Lynn Woods boulder problems.  This tour includes Rich's first ascents, which are all classics, and many other climbs that Rich loved.  Click here to see the Google Earth tour (you need to install Google Earth before viewing the tour).
